Order Processing
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes (this includes shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.).
Tracking
When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be emailed to you. You can also enter your Order Number and Email on our Tracking page to track your package at any time.
U.S. Domestic Shipping
Amour Caché offers free ground shipping on US domestic orders that are $20 and up. We will charge $5 for shipping for orders that are $0 - $19.00. Once your order is shipped, we estimate that it will arrive within 1 - 5 business days. Amour Caché is not responsible for any shipping delays.
International Shipping
Amour Caché offers free international shipping that are $20 and up. We will charge $15 for shipping for orders that are $0 - $19.00. International shipping times vary. Amour Caché is not responsible for any shipping delays

The majority of international destinations are serviced by our New Jersey warehouse. However, in an attempt to reduce the shipping cost and time for international customers, we have set up a warehouse in Hong Kong for nearby destinations. Our shipping calculator at checkout will determine the most cost efficient shipping method for you. If your designated warehouse runs out of stock, we will ship that item separately from a different warehouse at no additional charge to you. If you have any questions regarding shipment, tracking, or delays, please email admin@amour-cache.com with your Order Number.
Taxes & Duties
Deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. To estimate import taxes or customs fees, you can click on the flag icon located on the bottom-right of every Amour Caché page.
