Order Processing

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes (this includes shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.).

 

Tracking 

When your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking ID will be emailed to you. You can also enter your Order Number and Email on our Tracking page to track your package at any time. 

 

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the weight of your order and destination. Once your order is shipped, we estimate that it will arrive within 1 - 5 business days, although we are not responsible for any shipping delays.

International Shipping

Exact available shipping options for your destination country will be presented at Checkout.  

If your shipping destination is not on our list let us know at admin@amour-cache.com and we will work towards adding it to our list!

Taxes & Duties

Deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means international orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees determined by the destination country. To estimate import taxes or customs fees, you can click on the flag icon located on the bottom-right of every Amour Caché page. 

Taxes and duties are not included in the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees. International transit times may vary due to delays at customs. If you have any other questions around duties and taxes, email us at admin@amour-cache.com.

Please reference delivery times at checkout for a more accurate forecast, as international delivery times can vary. 

 

Parcel Forwarding Services

Amour Caché will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs if you choose to use a parcel forwarding company. Please note that we will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.
