Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy


Amour Caché offers free returns on all bras should you be unsatisfied with your product. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below. All underwear and items marked final sale are non-refundable. Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for all panties.


Products must be returned in new condition with all tags attached to the item(s) and within 30 days of the order ship date. To initiate your return, please email our Customer Support team at admin@amour-cache.com. This is where we will issue you with a Return Slip and a prepaid shipping label. Please print out your Return Slip and include it in your package along with your original invoice. All returns are subject to inspection - items that have been overly stretched out, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible for return, no refund will be processed, and will be subject to a $20 re-stocking fee.


Returns that are sent more than 30 days of the order ship date, or which are not accompanied by a Return Slip, or are otherwise sent without authorization cannot be accepted at our facility and will be returned to sender.


Please allow 3 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.


Duty and taxes cannot be refunded on international returns.


Receiving a Refund


You will receive your refund back to the original payment method. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.


Exchange Policy

If you change your mind on a color or size, and you would like to exchange your product, please contact our Customer Support team at admin@amour-cache.com. Customers are responsible for fees associated with shipping the exchanged product(s) going back to you, but Amour Caché offers complementary shipping on the item being returned. Underwear and items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges. Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept exchanges for all panties.
